The guarantee covers items sold and shipped directly by retail stores and online vendors. This offer excludes any equipment, machinery, custom, sales, promotional, or clearance items.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We believe in selecting and supporting the best brands in the market and in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase, go through our easy self-service return process.

For the first 30 days after your purchase on most items, you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Merchandise missing any of these items cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.

Items that qualified for free or discounted shipping that are being returned will have our full shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.

LVA wants you to be the judge and see the labor and cost savings by testing our products in your facility. It’s easy to do, there’s no risk, and the savings opportunities are huge. Here is how it works:

1. Submit to us your current products with pricing and quantities and we’ll generate a quote that will stay valid for up to two years.

2. Purchase a small quantity of each item at the contracted / quoted prices. Any discounted products will be sold at the quoted pricing for the test order, as well as monthly orders.

3. Evaluate the product at your own facility, using your own machines, equipment, and applications.

4. If the product completely fails to perform the necessary job, we will issue a full refund or credit.

5. If the product performs at a lower than expected level than your current product, we will adjust the invoice accordingly. You determine the performance level.

If within 4 weeks of the date of purchase you have been exclusively using an LVA product and you are not satisfied with the performance, please follow the instructions below and we will provide you with a full refund:

1. Send via ground shipment and postmarked within 4 weeks from date of purchase, the unused portion in its original package along with the original receipts with your purchase price to:

2. Include a written statement explaining why you are unhappy with the performance of our products and suggest an alternative brand that is superior.

3. To ensure a full refund, you MUST have purchased the product from our website. LVA can only guarantee the performance of our products when purchased through us and not a re-seller. If you have purchased from a re-seller, we cannot guarantee that the products are within our standards, and therefore will not be able to provide you with a refund.
